Honestly, I’m not quite sure or rather more prosaically probably much the same as many others. I saw this unusual glossy, shiny figure-hugging material worn by amazing models in magazines and online and I got curious. I suppose also my family are medical professionals so there was the usual assortment of latex gloves and things around the house which sparked my young curiosity.

I bought my first pair of latex leggings and I think a cheap catsuit a little over a decade ago around 2010. I tried them once and I thought they were nice but they didn’t spark my love of it that came later. I think I wasn’t experienced enough or I was just curious enough to try it but not fall in love with it. I was then busy with life and had nothing to do with latex for years until about 2018 when I dived back in. I bought a full catsuit and some masks and then journeyed on from there.

Not as often as I would like, unfortunately work and travel commitments get in the way. I enjoy going to latex/rubber events in London and across Europe so I go through phases of wearing latex often and then not at all. Latex events are usually (because of the weather) heavily focused around the spring and autumn. At events like the German Fetish Ball I would wear rubber for five days in a row for most of the day but at a party it would just be for an evening so it’s hard to really say. But sometimes I go several months without wearing it, I suppose there’s some truth to the phrase absence makes the heart grow fonder.

Definitely lube, often BeGloss, I used to use talc when I was first starting out but lubricant makes it so much easier and as I prefer the comfort of the neck entry suits lube make much more practical sense.

Lots of fantastic friends I have been very fortunate to meet at various events but none of my normal vanilla friends or family.

Very positively in all circumstances most people are simply curious and admire the looks. I was and still am a little nervous about wearing rubber in public although I am much better than I used to be. I did a public latex walk around Hamburg once and the reactions were remarkable, lots of people didn’t notice or pretended not to, most people don’t like confrontation in public. A few sheepish glances from others and the rest were very positive reactions from both men and women. I think women are in my experience more curious about the material if nothing else.

The first items probably a cheaper pair of latex leggings just to understand what latex was and how they felt, I can’t remember where they were from. My last item was a latex pony play hood from HW Design.

Definitely my Fantastic Rubber big boob catsuits!, I love the hyper feminized look and the neck entry catsuits especially in the thin latex are incredibly comfortable. I love the transformation aspect of going from a normal guy to the full rubber doll look. I am slowly building up my collection of latex but it takes time.

I was always and really still am a relatively shy person. I am glad I found latex and it has opened a lot of doors to me to meet fabulous people and creatively grow. I’ve discovered a new appreciation for creative fashion and design I had never had. I always admired confident outgoing people who could dress up on Halloween or at parties in creative costumes and such. I was also too shy to try this myself, so paradoxically the hidden aspect of latex and the value of being able to wear a mask has helped me to open up more, make of that what you will.

Travel, sailing, meeting new people, learning new things and reading history and studying architecture. I enjoying trying new things and picking up new skills. Making my own latex is my next major hobby, it’s as with everything else finding the time to start!
