What do you do in daily life? 

For the past decade (and some) I’ve worked as a professional photographer and partially as a videographer. 

What got you into latex? 

When I was a child I discovered certain interests in wearing tight clothing. Back in the days I enjoyed wearing wetsuits as it triggered something in my head although I had no idea what it was back then. During my teenage years I found out I had a fetish for latex. So I wouldn’t know how to describe this one other than that life got me into latex. It feels like it was somehow pre-programmed into my DNA profile.

How long have you been into latex?

Following the previous question, it has been a thing for as long as I can remember. Since recently I’ve tried to figure out how old I was when I started wearing the wetsuits that were hanging in our basement. Since it’s over 40 years ago that piece of the puzzle will remain unsolved. Let’s stick to as long as I can remember/forever. 

How often do you rubber up? 

Not an easy one as there are multiple factors to it and it was different in the past. Nowadays it’s pretty much weekly depending on our schedule unless it gets too warm in our house. In the summer there is always a period where the indoor temps go over 25 degrees and it isn’t comfortable to rubber up. Recently I tried to do rubber daily but then it becomes a struggle when you have to think about what to wear. 

During the weekends we have to ourselves we pretty much always rubber up together. Either just for having some quality time in latex enjoying a morning coffee in the sun or having food and drinks at a later moment. Or we plan to spend time in heavy rubber doing a shoot or just for play.

Dressing Aid: Talc or lube? 

Talc! I’ve used it for as long as I can remember. It’s how I learnt wearing latex and it was only later that I read about using lube. At some point I tried lube as a dressing aid but it just isn’t for me. Yes it works really well but I don’t like how my skin feels afterwards, covered in greasy silicone that you need to wash off thoroughly.

Who knows about it? 

Hardly anyone. My family has no clue although I almost touched the subject with my sister during a long trip. But we agreed on not wanting to know about each-others bedroom lives for the simple reason that things can’t be unseen or unheard. Apart from that only people that know me trough the scene. For the rest this part of my life is still a mystery to people that know me in the boring vanilla world.

How do people react to it? 

As aforementioned only people from within the scene know about this side of my life so there are no weird looks or raised eyebrows.

First and last item you bought? 

First items bought is a long time ago but it all started with smaller items like shirts, gloves and shorts. Back then I wasn’t keeping track but the first handmade latex item I bought for myself was a t-shirt with a front zip back in 1998. 

Last item at this moment is a Gumique hood in black and red.

Your favourite item or outfit? 

There are too many items so I’ll make this the favourite outfit. Full latex from head to heels with corset, harness and gas mask. To me that is the way to enjoy latex to the fullest. Completely covered up and somewhat restricted in movement and breathing.

What or how does your fetish add to your life? 

It is part of my daily life as we are surrounded by it. We are both active online and share images regularly. Before I got together with Fetish Erotica I always used to plan time for myself to enjoy time in latex. Nowadays there is no need to hide it anymore and there is always something latex or fetish gear in sight. When we have guests over we always do the ‘idiot check’ to make sure there is nothing lying around.

What it adds is that after many years of keeping it to myself I can finally be my true self. It is the most liberating feeling one can have not being judged because someone doesn’t understand it or isn’t open towards it. It would be great if more people would be less judgemental about what we do and our way of life.

And probably the most important thing is that it keeps our mutual love alive. Being able to share this has given us such a strong connection and we’ve not had a dull moment in life since the beginning of our relationship. My experience in the vanilla world was completely different. Things got boring after 6 months at the most.

So being able to share this and not having to hold back at all is the best thing ever. Back in 2015 I made the decision to get active in the fetish community and it has brought me so much over the years. The next complicated challenge is to create more understanding for our way of life in the vanilla world.

What are your hobbies? 

There are too many things that keep me goin in life so I’ll stick to two things to keep it manageable.

1: Food. I love cooking and BBQ-ing. Over the years I learned to see making food as a way to switch off from the hectics of daily life instead of it being a burden. Making fresh food from the basics is delicious and you also don’t get all the chemicals found in prefab factory food. 

2: Sim-racing. I bought my first sim rig over 20 years ago and enjoy digital racing regularly.
