What do you do in daily life?

I work in IT projects.

What got you into latex?

Media in general: films, videoclips, fashion magazines. As a teenager I used to browse all the fashion magazines I could get my hands on looking for the runway shows photos. Lots of leather, tall boots and latex to be found.

How long have you been into latex?

For around 30 years I believe.

How often do you rubber up?

Not often enough! Maybe once a month nowadays. I actually spent too much time spending too much money on things not meant for me to wear. More recently I started investing in more stuff for myself again and hope to gather momentum again.

Talc or lube?

Lube! But talc was my first solution and I can still remember the white ooze dripping from beneath the catsuit pretty well!

Who knows about it?

99% are from the scene. I only recall one “vanilla” friend who know about it. He’s a fashion photographer so I don’t know if he can be called “vanilla”…

How do people react to it?

Positively I believe. Although I can spot a difference in reaction from people in Portugal and people in the UK, Germany, etc. Latex is still a very niche thing in Portugal. Most people can’t actually separate latex from PVC for example, and when they realise the effort those “shiny clothes” entail plus the price they’ll go “not for me!”

First and last item you bought?

First were some cheap moulded boxer shorts just to try it out.

Last was a hood from Jazzy Fashion.

Your favourite item or outfit?

My Libidex catsuit, wearing it with hood, gloves and boots, full coverage.

What or how does your fetish add to your life?

It actually adds some expenses! Especially if we consider not just the latex but my fetishes in general. Sometimes, and some years ago, once in a while it would cause me to inner conflicts, it was tricky to manage some feelings, urges or needs. I mentioned those fetishes to my first serious girlfriend and the relationship was always a struggle because of it. Never dated anyone “vanilla” again.

After accepting these fetishes are a part of me and that other people must also accept them everything went smoother. They bring diversity, fun, and closeness to my relationship. They also bring a sense of doing and belonging to something somewhat forbidden that is actually exciting, and because of them I’ve met some really interesting people.

What are your other hobbies?

The most relevant one: motorcycles. Everything to do with them.
